Shipping & Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully as we will not refund or exchange products simply due to change of mind.

 

Candles:

Villa and Stone candles are all made with glass, and should be handled with care. Villa and Stone have strict quality control procedures in place to provide you with the highest quality products. All of our candles are handmade in small batches in our studio, therefore it is expected that the products can experience slight differences in look and colour from batch to batch. These variations will have no effect on the quality of any of the Villa and Stone products. We will not exchange or refund an item based on these variations.

If upon delivery the glass is damaged as a result of the shipping, Villa and Stone will replace the item if the following procedures are followed:

  • Returns must be notified via email to info@villaandstone.com within 2 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase.
  • The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced.
  • The item must be returned in original condition, in it’s original box.
  • The returned item must be packed with appropriate safety measures, including padding or bubble wrap and in a secured, properly taped packing box that fits the contents inside. Sorry, items received in sub-standard packagaing will not be replaced.

Any postage costs incurred by you will be refunded if the item returned is deemed faulty and all the above procedures have been followed.

 

Homewares, Fashion and Accessories

Follow the care instructions provided when purchasing online and/or provided with your item once received. Many of our products are handmade and will have slight variations in colour and finish. We do not refund or exchange based on these variations or for change of mind. If your item is faulty, please email info@villaandstone.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will not consider any exchange of a faulty item after 7 days. Faulty items may be exchanged or credited once the original item has been returned to Villa and Stone HQ.

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For orders placed within Austraila, we use Parcel Post with a tracking ID provided. Alternatively, your order may be delivered via courier services. Shipment is generally within 4-7 business days after your order is processed for available stock. There is no guaranteed delivery date on backorders, however we estimate delivery within 2-3 weeks. All Villa and Stone candles are hand-made in small batches to the maintain the quality of our products. Villa and Stone is not responsible for any delays in your shipment once your item has been posted. Please advise if you require your purchase to be delivered before a certain date and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

For International deliveries, most orders are trackable & delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. If for any reason extra postage & handling or taxes may occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customers expense.
